"As long as you did it to one of my least brethren, You did it to me" This is to to express our sincere gratitude to you Mr. Giorgio and Mrs. Maria Pia Abate and all the members of the Association Onlus Simone Pietro Abate, for all your contribution towards renovating the Children's kitchen with tiles on the walls and the floor and the cabinets, the dining room with tiles on the walls and the floor, the new tables with colorful sunmicas (formica) and the new almirah (closet) the 2 play rooms with new tiles, the paintings in the playground and the plaything and the toys, and so on and so on!!!!! We have really no words to express our sincere gratitude to you for all the troubles you have taken and the money and the energy spent. Once I asked Mother Teresa: "When do you rest Mother?" And she said: "I rest in Love". I asked, "What is the right place for man?" And she replied: "Where his brothers need him." I said, "I've never heard you speaking of politics ..." and she replied: "Just once I spent five minutes listening to a politician and I lost a child in Calcutta... Once, a lady impressed to see her washing a leper said, "I could not do this not even for a million dollars" ... and she replied: "Neither do I, believe me ... you can wash a leper, only for love ..."

Every time I enter one of Mother Teresa's homes, i perceive that God
has just gone out ...

Prayer to the Lord

Lord, forgive me for all my sins,
above all for having made all the pilgrimage to your many shrines,
forgetting that you are present everywhere.
Secondly, I apologize for having so often implored your help,
forgetting that you're concerned about my welfare more than myself.
